Total cholesterol dropped 61 points (324 263), and LDL dropped 66 points (233 167) and HDL went up (77 81).

Hey Mel! I've been taking your berberine for a couple of months now. Is it possible to take two capsules twice a day for a period of time, or should I stick with 1/bid? Also, have you found a time with meals that you prefer to take them? I've played with before and after meals, but I'm not sure what's best. Btw, the NAD+ is absolutely life changing.
