Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times typically range between 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment.
Delays
Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high order volumes. Twelve28 Wellness is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
