Melanie
Melanie, our founder, graduated at the top of her class from Texas Christian University (TCU). TCU is one of the leading Nursing Bachelor of Science programs in the country.
Melanie excelled in the advanced program winning multiple prestigious awards and memberships to exclusive honor societies. After receiving her degree, Melanie worked on a cardiac unit before starting a family. She went on to start a private school that was featured on CNN for being innovative. Melanie also started a magazine and an app that connects parents by school.
She has also had great success with real estate~ buying, building, selling, as well as becoming a hard money lender. Melanie has an entrepeuner mind-set, but has always kept her passion for medicine. A plastic surgeon friend requested she come work with him. He flew the largest volume botox injector in from Canada to train Melanie in advanced Botox and fillers techniques. Melanie gained a following and went on to open her own medical aesthetic practice.
Her husband acted as her medical director. Her husband went back to medial school to become a functional medicine physician at Melanie's suggestion. She learned alongside him and helped him build his practice. Melanie now practices independently, from her office in Malibu, Ca. She has become an authority on weight-loss, and all things pro-aging and functional longevity. She has a passion for learning and will continue to expand on knowledge that will keep her patients looking and feeling their best.
Dr Robert
Twelve28’s medical director
Dr. Robert attended Medical School at the Medical College of Wisconsin before completing his training at the University of Nevada and University of Iowa, respectively, and has practiced medicine and directed programs in the area of pediatric emergency medicine for over 20 years.
During that time he developed an acute interest of the impacts of nutrition and proactive management of nutrition, exercise and preventative medicine and on the quality of life of children and longevity as a field.
He has expanded this into owning clinics that focus on longevity in conjunction with aesthetics in conjunction to best improve the quality of life and longterm outlooks for his patients, and now serves as director and educator for Twelve28.
Alexie
Trauma Hypnotherapy
Alexie is a certified clinical hypnotherapist specialized in specifically RTT Hypnotherapy (Rapid transformational therapy). Understanding that every individual is unique, Alexie takes a personalized and client-centered approach to hypnotherapy.
Through careful listening and a collaborative process she works with clients to address their specific needs, find the root cause, and re-wire their brain for lasting transformation.
While adept at addressing a variety of concerns, her specialization lies in providing compassionate guidance and support for individuals grappling with eating disorders.
Jez
Aesthetic Practitioner
Jezwah “Jez”, JD, MSNc, MBA-HC, FNP-S, RN, MEP-C, CNP, NE-BC, LNC, LPC
Jez has been in Aesthetics for more than 2 years and is completing his Nurse Practitioner Credential this coming August. He originally developed his eye for the aesthetic while working in the beauty industry and a session hairstylist and make-up artist. Since then he has worked in nursing for over a decade and eventually became a hospital administrator before finding his passion combining cosmetology and nursing in Aesthetics.
Jez holds degrees in Law, Nursing, Business, and Cosmetology. He holds certificates in advanced neuromodulators, advanced dermal fillers, PDO Threading, Laser Aesthetics, Light-Based Therapy, and Body-Contouring. He is Triple-Board-Certified in Aesthetic Practice, Nurse Executive Practice, and Emergency Nursing.
Prior to Twelve28 he worked at SF Bay Cosmetic Surgery in San Ramon, CA. Jez’s current areas of interest include peptides, regenerative medicine, and functional medicine.

Alexandra is a California Licensed Esthetician with over 10 years experience in the beauty and wellness industry.
As an Esthetician she provides various skin treatments, permanent makeup, lash extensions, face and body waxing, and makeup application.
Her work has been featured on television, print ads and runway shows.
As a native Californian she has spent most of her career working in the Malibu and Los Angeles area.

Born in Moldova and raised in Philadelphia, Inga is a spiritualmusical soul who embarked on a new life chapter in Manhattan asa DJ (2013) and then Southern California (2021), following herpassion and purpose in the Healing Arts.
Inga is a Licensed Esthetician, Massage Therapist, and ReikiPractitioner on a mission to spread the message and healing powerof Love through physical and energetic presence and touch.
Stephanie
Executive assistant
Stephanie is a native of Los Angeles, growing up in Bel Air. She graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelors of arts and psychology.
She then went on to have a long career in pharmaceutical sales and worked for many large pharmaceutical companies, such as Abbott laboratories, and Kos pharmaceuticals selling cardiology and endocrinology medications.
She is a mother of three children and loves to do anything outdoors, such as hiking, bicycle riding with her youngest child or just walking on the beach.
